How Our Procurement Process Works:

  • Start by giving us a quick brief. We’ll ask about:

    • The type of asset you need (excavator, truck, loader, etc.)
    • New or used preference
    • Budget range
    • Any brand, spec, or model preferences
    • Whether you’ve seen anything already
    • Your ideal delivery timeframe

    You can submit this via our online form, over the phone, or directly with your broker.

  • We’ll leverage our national supplier network - dealers, wholesalers, and auction contacts - to find equipment that meets your brief. We’ll come back to you with:

    • A shortlist of suitable units
    • Supplier details
    • Condition reports (if used)
    • Estimated pricing and lead time

    If you’re already in talks with a supplier, we can step in to negotiate or validate the deal for you.

  • Once you’ve selected your preferred machine, we move straight into finance structuring:

    • We calculate repayments and terms tailored to your cash flow
    • Handle the paperwork and credit review
    • Coordinate with the supplier to collect invoice and details for settlement
    • Private sales or trade-ins? We manage those too

  • Once finance is approved:

    • We finalise settlement with the supplier
    • You take delivery of the machine
    • If there’s a body build or delivery delay, we can coordinate progressive payments if required
